Image Crop & Straighten

We need some C/C++ functions for images processing in a stamp collecting program we offer. The deliverable should be: 1/ Straighten function - This function will take a HBITMAP of a Postage stamp and straighten the image. 2/ Crop function - This function will taks a HBITMAP of a Postage stamp and crop the image. Note that postage stamps usually have perforations on the edges. The crop should be rectangular but must include all the perforations. See attached JPG file for a screen shot of what the image would look like before and after the Straighten and Crop buttons are used. 3/ To test this, we need a simple dialog-only MFC application with 3 buttons: Crop - Crop the shown image Straighten - Straighten the image Paste - Paste the image in from the clipboard The dialog should also have some sort of "image window" perhaps in a static control to show the image. The UI does not have to be polished as it is only for testing. The code MUST be in C++ as it will be integrated into an MFC/C++ application. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows 98, ME, XP
