This is a very interesting brain teaser puzzle and any self-respecting, logical-minded coder will be able to come up with the answer with a little thinking.
I'm going to send the person that gets the solution right first a quick $10 (make $10 your bid!).
Here's the problem. We're going to run a speed dating event: ten women sit down, ten men rotate around the women in "mini dates". However we actually want to run a GAY speed dating event. In other words, all the men meet all the other men.
This is a logistical problem and every solution we've thought of so far is too complicated or simply doesn't work.
HOW can you have an event, say with twenty men, where every man gets to meet every other man?
Here's are the assumptions: every event has twenty men; every event has ten tables, each of which seat two people; we can put men into "teams" if we need to; the method in which this works needs to be simple and easy so that the men on an evening can understand it; individuals can "flow" around anyway you like.
As I say, this is a real brain teaser, though I'm sure very simple.
The first person to come up with a correct solution will get the $10 straight away and a definite 10-star rating.
