WAP site and Enterflex integration

We are looking for developers to do the back end for our mobile entertainment site. The front end for the site has been done and we require the backend. This will be intergrated to the enterflex content adaptaion engine to customize the content as required. There will also be various paymemnt options ie paypal, credit card [login to view URL] will need to be bulit also. Deployment of content will be via sms and wap, therefore a robust WAP site has to be built ontop of the existing system. A robust content admin console will be built, with ticketing of all content requested, delivery reports, and the ability to query the database and datamine.
