Seeking All Round (Highly Skilled) Developer...

We're looking for a full time web developer (no companies - only individuals may apply). Must be able to hand code in XHTML, CSS, ASP, PHP, and JAVA (+ JQuery). Managing both msSQL and mySQL databases (Plus have an understanding of both Windows and Linux Servers). Also experience in developing apps using other web technologies like Flex, Ajax, Spry, XML etc is desired (but not essential). Skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, flash, Premier etc would be a bonus. We run many projects (over a varied range of niches) and would require that all applicants that apply, be able to dedicate 100% of their working hours to us (and only us). This role is intended to be a long term placement, with the opportunity to advance your career upwards within our company. Applicants will be required to work virtually from their own office and provide daily progress reports. We will also, from time to time, visit you personally to touch base. When applying for this position, please provide as much information about yourself as possible and any examples of work you have. Our initial maximum budget is $750 per month. But this is intended as a basic wage, to trial the new employee. This will increase once you have demonstrated the level of skills and dedication that we require from our developers.
