Need a auction site similar to ebay, with chat feature, my space type integrated, a blog feature, and classifieds built in to that aswell

Please only put bids on if you are capable of this, i need all back end noted and code clear. also the site must have extensive search facility. it will also need to have a mobile push facility for sms and ringtone, pictures, also facility for something that can send premium txts. through out the entire site. i can help with design which i want the site a particular way. it must not have legal issues. The budget should be towards the lower $1000 dollars, if it is $1500 then i will need the entire site testing. and help after the site is completed.
