202144 Database driven website

I currently have a database website that has been started with a freelance programmer from Rentacoder site and he just stopped working on it and does not respond. I am looking to either have the current site finished and the look overhauled to look more modern and vivid or reprogram from the ground up. I am attaching attaching a word doc to explain the scope for the site in detail. You can view the site at [login to view URL] and the nuts and bolts of the site start at the schedule screen. The admin login is autofilled for some reason the programmer thought this was a good idea. There is a password and username set up for a user use malik and malik.
