Creative Web designer and developer highly experienced

I need a skilled and creative website developer. You must have the ability to think outside of the box, possess excellent ENGLISH speaking, listening, and writing skills, excellent communication and responsiveness. I already possess a very templated e-commerce site that is provided for me and it is already supported on their server. I need you to create another site that will have a directory of products with a complete description, option to view the pics larger or in a different view or color, price fields, etc and have a "buy now" link/button that would go to that particular product to purchase in my already provided e-commerce site. I want a directory component so that we can give each directory listing a link to the existing product page. Also want to do a video gallery, image gallery, blog etc. Need the purchaser to be able to leave comments on the page reviewing the product and the service they received. You need to be able to add some social networking as well.
