Community Portal

I need a community portal, actually more or less clone of LinkedIn.com. Members shall enter their profiles (education, professional experiences, interests - to be selected from a list defined by admin, etc.), and they will invite their friend through the system. The main features that I expect: - System shall be able to send email (html and/or text) - There shall be levels of membership (levels to be defined by admin) - There shall be advertisement areas on the design (banner area, google ad area) - Search facility for other members - Send message to other members through system - Some others common to community portals I would like to fix the scope with the bidder, I want bidder to give me ideas also. Design of the portal is extremely important. Language of the portal shall be changed easily with translating a text file. I mean, all text appear on the portal shall be on one file, and changing text in this file shall change the text in the portal. PLEASE DON'T POST GENERAL INTRODUCTION OF YOU OR YOUR COMPANY. If you did similar job, please send your portfolio. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP-mySQL or .NET-MSSQL It shall support fast growing of data.
