.BAK FILES CONVERTED TO MS ACCESS

Hi, I just need my .BAK files converted to MS ACCESS. I have 2 of them. Its ok if you split and convert to 2 MS ACCESS. Basically I like to mirror the data table and data structure from the original SQL into the MS ACCESS format ( FYI I have MS ACCESS 2002 ). The 2 files combined is about 700MB, so I cannot post here. But when I zip them it's about 170MB . This file conversion I need on the same day. Then the last duration of this small project will be spent on moving to a host and walking me through. The second part is moving the .BAK files to an SQL server/host. I need this host to be something you are very familiar with. It must also run ASP. I have an SQL host, but they were giving me too much problems. we will create simple ASP response queries just to check. I have SQL client and I would like to connect to it ( the sql server/host ) remotely. or if they have a control panel, just give me a quick tour via yahoo messenger or msn messenger. I have a shared desktop software, so its easy for you to walk me through it. I will share my desktop to you and we can chat on yahoo or msn messenger. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
