Joomla community site - similar to alibaba.com

I am looking for a long lasting cooperation with a freelancer or a company proficient in Joomla! I want to build a community website for construction industry similar to [login to view URL] but obviously much smaller and more dedicated to one sector and one region. I need the site to run on Joomla! 1.5. I will be happy to work with someone who can either program or suggest ready available components (i.e. Community Builder) to set this portal, where the users will be able to input their company profiles with logos and product catalogues with pictures and business leads (classifieds?) The project is small at the moment, but I have the support of many companies. I will be able to provide the content and work together with the developer.
