86 Bike rental reservation system

The needed script is to deal with bike rentals (only reservation - no online payment). Attention! The script must be able to work for a multilingual Website. Job description: The user can reserve a bike which has several selection options, such as categories, types, equipment and size. A reservation is always depending on a date which the user has to select in the first step. During the reservation process he should always see the available bikes (AJAX to avoid page reload) and if he reaches a certain point where nothing is available we want to suggest him an alternative offers. After submitting reservation the user should get a confirmation email (PDF) as well as the admin has to get a notification email about the reservation. Admin functions: Enter all available bikes with all depending informations, such as categories, types, equipments, sizes, prizes and alternatives. Each of these points should be managed by own administration areas, to view, add, edit and delete items. The admin needs the possibility to create and print out weekle lists to see what bikes are reserved (in order to prepare them). He also needs detailled statistics about all bookings. Another area is for partner travel agencies. They can register on the website and get access to the booking/reservation area with their partner ID (Affiliate). The admin should be able to see all their data with the possibility to activate/deactive them. Bookings which are made from a travel agency should get listed seperatly from the "normal" user bookings. Travel Agencies getting a special partner price. After proofing (manually) the payment (sent PDF invoice after booking) from the agencies, the admin has to send a special confirmation email (PDF) to the booker. I will only respect bids from programmers with very good PHP skills and good ratings greater 15 for PHP projects.
