Hi,
I head the Operations for our Vacation Rental Management Company based out of Philadelphia (USA) and I am looking for an assistant who shall be responsible to manage the backend operations of the business.
Please note that this is a regular desk job with all work benefits and payments shall be weekly which shall be disbursed to you every Friday.

Budget :- 50 USD to 80 USD per week (Depends on Experience. The pay shall be revised after three months of work experience with us)
Please find your roles and responsibilities below :-
1. Drafting various revenue and Profit/Loss reports for the business on Excel
2. Sending Reminders as well as Welcome messages to Future and Current Guests staying at our properties (Content shall be provided. Its just a Copy and Paste work)
3. Processing Payments of Future Guests on a Daily basis.
4. Preparing Invoices and Receipts for Vendors, Guests and Online Travel Agencies (We do not use an Invoicing software. It has to be prepared using Word, Excel and Photoshop. Hence, experience of these tools is necessary and the complete version of these softwares should be available on your Desktop/laptop)
5. Communicating and Regular follow up with Vendors and Contractors via watsapp to ensure that they complete their work as assigned to them.
6. Monitoring the Inventory inside each house and ordering new supplies as and when the current supplies are exhausted.
7. Sending Cleaning Schedules to Housekeepers via Watsapp as well as constant coordination with them in order to ensure Cleanings are completed on time.
8. Maintaining availability on your Computer for atleast 7 hours on a daily basis with one week off every week (No fixed off. Week off shall be rotational and will be communicated every Monday)
9. Coordination with other Support teams to ensure Projects like Shifting, New house setups, Installation of various services or repair work are completed in a timely fashion.
