script install and site design

I already have template finished for the index page for my web hosting company. The main consern for the project is installing whmAutoPilot (whm automation script ) to work with paypal and integrating it into the site design. I am open to hearing what solutions you have to offer. I can do as much or as little of the web design based on bids and your needs. We are also planing on offering webdesign and pre made scripts on the site so the winner of this bid will be considered for future bids for our clients. Bidders with links to previous work completed will get top priority. Although new coders are also welcome to bid as well. As a bonus the bidder that completes the work will be given access to a huge programs and scripts libray that I own the master resell rights to.
