Hello. I can do such pcb in AltiumDesigner or DipTrace, as you want. I need to know only some additional details, like: PCB Dimensions with all geometrical details and connectors types. I will send you, after completing: all project files, library, documents in pdf format(such as schematic, layout, assembly drawings, BOM, etc...), 3D model file of pcb and gerbers for manufacturing.

There will be two steps in which the design will be completed. 1. Schematic design of circuit. 2. PCB Component layout The schematic and the PCB layout will be designed in Eagle.
