Need Help with My OpenCart Website

I need help with shipping on my OpenCart website v 2.3.0.2. My customers are getting an error when trying to choose a shipping option at Checkout. It says "No Shipping options are available. Please contact us for assistance!" But everything was working fine until GoDaddy migrated me to a new server. I checked all of the settings and everything looks exactly the same as it did before the migration. Also, my customers are telling me that they cannot login to their accounts on the website. I have tried as well and after logging in, it just takes you back to the login screen without any errors. Help! P.S. Whoever can complete this project will continue to get work from me as I have many new project. Thank you!
