AI/ machine/ deep learning games

Please Read it carefully so you understand 100% what I want and what Im looking for. I'm looking for long term business relationship with a freelancer. Since there will me multiple projects if/ when this one is good and the working relationship is good. I am looking for a Machine/ deep learning and AI specialist. As you know there is no 100% randomness. This goes for online games as well. In fact if you Google it you will find articles about AI machines beating master chess players and beating professional gamers. RMG (random number generator) is nothing but complex patterns that seem random, but in fact they are not (you should know this as well as a coder/ deverloper). As long as you have enough and accurate data it should be possible to create an AI that learn faster and better then any human. Even if you do not have any data, by reinforced learning the AI can learn how to play and master any game. You will let the reinforcement learning algorithm to play the game itself many many times until it figures out how to win. This is can be done with random games too because even randomness has a pattern. If you have historical data, we can use supervised learning or reinforcement learning depending on the clarity of the data.
