I require a skilled C# Developer to modify a chart control and integrate a wave reader and give me a final working DLL to give to my client to use in any of his products. Given: > Two pieces of code (1) [login to view URL] (2) Chart Control DLL Required: > The integration of both given - Create one project: add Control chart as a resource, and [login to view URL] into the project > Utilizing/modifying/enhancing the functionality of the chart control DLL given - [login to view URL]: opens a wave file and save to an array - Control Chart, Has functionality like pan,zoom..etc - the chart needs to create the waveform of the sound file opened by the user - zooming is currently functioning using the left mouse button, we need to create actual buttons(zoom in, out and default) - add some elements to chart (refer to the attached image, not all the buttons only those mentioned above) * remember you need to give me a dll * this project has a second phase and possibly a third
