ASP.NET C# generate word document from database data - repost

I have Microsoft word 2007 document which made by hand before. want to generate same document using ASP.NET C# web application I will provide MSSQL database to generate this document. yellow text in the template will replace with data from database database structure is as following [member] member_id,name,birthdate,... [member_position] id,member_id,position,start,end [member_education] id,member_id,education_level,university,major Code must write in ASP.NET C# (web form, code behind) that I can modify later.
