L’app devra permettre aux utilisateurs de prendre un ticket virtuel comme s’il était à la banque. Un usager, après avoir installé notre app, pourra s’authentifier à partir de son compte Facebook ou Google. Une fois authentifié, il choisira sa banque, puis le service voulu (retrait, voir un conseiller, depot de cheque, RIB, credit, réclamations, etc). Ensuite, le nombre de personnes dans la file ainsi que leurs durées prévues seront affichées, puis se déroulera une publicité de 10 secondes. Après cette pub, l’utilisateur sera invité à prendre un ticket. A l’approche du numero de son ticket, l’application alertera l’utilisateur afin qu'il se rapproche de la banque. Nous proposerons également aux utilisateurs une position GPS de la banque la plus proche.  // We are developping a mobile application which will allow users to not wait in lines at the bank. The application will allow users to take virtual tickets as if they were at the bank in person. Users will be able to download/install the app and confirm their identities by logging into thier facebook or google account. Once they IDs have been verified, they will be able to choose a bank and the service needed (withdrawal, meeting a financial adviser, check deposit, credit, claims, etc). Once the service is selected, the customers will be able to verify the number of people "standing" in the virtual line for that service as well as the waiting time. Then, a 10-second add will play on screen. The following step will see the users obtain an e-ticket with an assigned number. As the customers' turn approches the app will alert them. Based on their GPS coordinates the app will suggest nearest bank locations.
