iPhone Video / Photo app with openCV and Virtual reality

I need an iPhone app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. Virtual reality in iOS using swift. This app will have a video and and photo component. I am looking for someone who has used openCV SDK with the iPhone camera in Swift, and can integrate it and work on some Virtual reality photos and videos using that SDK and iPhone Camera. openCV is here. http://opencv.org. Someone who understands virtual reality and can work with different levels of interactions. This will be iOS 9+. I will have more questions and issues to explore with the right candidate. You need to be able to communicate via skype , have access to bitbucket, know how to use english. to clarify this app is for capturing content using the iphone camera, and converting it into virtual reality. Not for displaying virtual reality content that was captured from a different source. Any freelancer needs to have deep understanding of video / camera in iOS and how to capture images and create a VR content out of it, in different ways. There fore maybe using Unity3d or components might not be the best way of doing this. Looking for a seasoned developer who can explain and is well versed in this field. If I get a good product from you I will rehire you for more work.
