Ionic/Angular PWA and Mobile App for Usman Halim

The app will need to be a PWA and mobile app. There will be 2 different user types. User Type 1: Power User will log in with Office 365 accounts User Type 2: Basic user will log in with Other account types (Gmail, Microsoft, Facebook, etc) User Type 1 will setup basic information about themselves to include Name, location, language, time zone, expertise and description. They will need to be able to see their Office 365 calendar, and setup time slots where User Type 2 can request time on their calendar. User Type 2 will need to be able to search through the User Type 1 accounts to find one that meets their needs, and then be able to request time on their calendar. Once a tie slot has been scheduled, either of the users can request to reschedule or cancel the meeting. During the time slot on the calendar, User Type 1 and User Type 2 will need to be able to do a video call with each other. The video call should be recorded for 1 week. Once the 2 users are connected, they should also be able to send text messages to each other. User Type 2 will be able to leave a rating and comments of their time with User Type 1. Expected technology Ionic/Angular (Latest versions of each) and Office 365. I am open to other technology for the other components of the application, for example Firebase for the User 2 accounts. With the application and code, I would also expect the needed step by step directions too setup any 3rd party technology (Office 365 for example) in writing. These are basic application requirements, and more details can be talked through.
