Hi! I am a new coder interested in creating and IOS app. I want you to help me write the app, not write the whole thing for me. That being said, I'd like to find a freelancer who I can build that reputation with and maybe break this into several small projects per my needs. Any freelancer I award this too will be recognized in any credits, and must provide frequent raw project files for me to look at. The app is an educational, mostly question and answer based application. Sorry for the cheap rates and happy bidding.
