I have 2 years of experience (lead developer, architect) of cross-platform development in different domains (tourism, smart city, utility), 4 years of native Android, and 15 years of software engineering career (distributed systems, web apps and portals, web services). PhD in CS. References to the existing Ionic apps may be provided upon request. The final cost will depend on the concrete requirements and the application state. If the app is easy as you say and requires only remastering, then the price will become lower.
