I need an Android and iOS app that scans barcode rapidly, without closing the camera, one after the other. The purpose is actually just a proof of concept, so you are now bidding on the fist step. you will be payed for this step as you provide a ionic source that compile and install on Android and iOS and when started the app opens a page with a button. when pressed the button opens the camera and strat scanning for barcodes. Each scanned barcode will be stored in memory. the camera close when the user press a button "stop" overlayed to the camera. when the camera close the app dump all the reader barcode to a page. design is not important, it's just a proof of concept, I just need it to be built if you will use a roialty component we have to discuss about costs before you adopt the component. source code should be provided to complete this first step. if the fist step will go smoothly you will be asked to go further and complete the app.

Hello, I have developing application for both ios and android from about 4 years now. I have made several computer vision apps based on openCV(pure c++ and is fast) apple cidetector library and other frameworks like tesseract in ios to perform ocr and recently have worked on a deeplearning based on tensorflow application for road speed signs recognition. Hi, We are Androcid - we work on exclusively on mobile and web app project. We have a small team of developers and UI/UX designers. Your requirement is not very clear, so i have put down below our hourly cost. Ideally, outsourcing to India is cheapest. Our hourly rate is 15$ and they are by the experienced developers. If you want junior developers ,the cost can come down to even 10$. We want to server quality and our communication is critical in the entire phrase. We have a streamline system for communication and delivery.
