Apple iOS iPhone/iPad/touch: Code to detect and list apps

We are seeking the iOS code required for an app to detect and list all of the applications on an iOS device. The code needs to work on non-jailbroken devices. The code you are to build should list as many details as possible, including but not limited to: install date app location app name app size app icon package name etc etc. All data will be stored on a sqlite database. We apologize for the brief description, but if you are an experienced and talented iOS developer then you know what we are looking for. We will pay a premium to have this fully functional code in a very short timeframe. This job will be awarded to the programmer who can provide us with this fully functional code ASAP. We don't need the social networking/sharing component. We simply want to be able to detect all of the apps on the phone, and to list them.
