Hello, Were there any errors encountered during installation? Can the setup of Lync be redone from scratch if desired? What version of Lync and CU or SP is being used? Hello, First, i'd like to be honest with you without offending you. Lync 2013 is a highly complex product with many features. Voice and truck configuration in itself requires expert knowledge to build dialing rules, etc. From your description, i am positive that you do not have anything "setup". If you are experiencing certificate issues and need SSL licensing i know that your environment is not working at all and to say it "only needs to be configured" is very misleading. With that said, i have 15 years experience in IT and have expert level knowledge in Lync 2013 and Exchange. I have deployed highly complicated Lync 2013 solutions for companies with over 50, 000 users to small deployments of a few hundred users. If you want the job done right, contact me. Please note that to setup an "hosted lync" type of environment will take considerable more time at additional costs as well as more servers.
