Identifying Range Market & Breakouts(non repaint for 5MIN)

Hello , can someone develop me an MT4 indicator that's capable of identifying trend & ranging markets in 5min Charts and also to scan strong breakout levels and draws resistance and support lines. The objective is to detect previous strong levels in the chart. Valid strong levels as I see them, should be: visible using line chart (High/low price) acted at least 2 times as resistance or support or at least 1 time as resistance and 1 time as support the more touches these zones have the stronger the become should be distributed fairly on the chart (not many and not so close together. It should work on all time frame in single chart. If possible deploy this code to my exiting indicator.
