MT4 box indicator

I have a very simple project for an MT4 indicator. The indicator must be 100 compatible with the new MT4 600+ build version. I want the indicator to draw a box on my chart at a set time of day. For instance, if I set the settings to 0800, I want the indicator to draw a box at exactly the 0800 open price, and the box should extend 10 pips above the 0800 open price and 10 pips below. I want to use this as a visual aid to help me trade a break out. So if I see the price goes higher than 10 pips above the open price or lower than 10 pips below the open price, I would enter a trade. So when the new 0800 price bar opens, the indicator immediately draws a 20 pip box. The middle of the box will be at the exact level of the price when the bar opened, and the top of the box should be 10 pips higher and the bottom of the box should be 10 pips lower. I want to be able to change the following input settings: Start time = I can change this to any hour of the day (default 0800) Upper bracket = how many pips above the open price the box should draw (default 10) Lower bracket = how many pips below the open price the box should draw (default 10) Color = the color of the box. It is important that this indicator can work on any chart time frame. I don't want it to have to be used only on a 1 minute chart. It should be able to work on any chart that has an open time for a new price bar/candle. So it should work the same on M1, M5, M15, M30, H1. This should be a very simple indicator to code and I hope you can get it done for me very quickly.....like the next couple of hours. Thanks
