Restaurant logo design

I need a restaurant logo redesigned. the final work should include 1 file with logo an restaurant name, and 2 files with logio and name separately. final work should be submitted in a high resolution, photoshop files, roughly 500x500pixels. Restaurant name is HAPPY FACE and the logo is a smiley face/happy face. The old logo designed in 2D. The new one should be lively and exiting , maybe with hands and feet, with a Finnish and Thaui flag visible (maybe one in each hand).The smiley face could also be wearing a bow tie or something else to make it more attractive. Smiley face in yellow colour, please look up the flags on the net so that they are correct. Please provide me with some sample drafts and I will choose the one I prefer. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
