Implement a Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana or other open source monitor using API and SNMPv3

We are a streaming service offering different channels for clients to watch. You will be asked to deploy a software solution, it can be Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana or any opensource free software that can comply with the request as we need to access to continuous monitoring of the information using any of these platforms: Mobile Web or Desktop Web. We'll deliver an SSH access to a machine with Ubuntu and the CPU-RAM-HDD you ask us, that can ping all of the resources that must be monitored. All the credential used to access all the hardware are confidential and can't be disclosed until you win the project. The parameters we need to monitor include, Flussonic software API, hardware Server resources, networking routers and Cisco D98xx using SNMP For 5 different Flussonic instances using API platform: - server information - the list of streams, their clients and state - stream information - stream quality and stream health - list of active files - list and number of open sessions (IP, User Agent, Platform, Country) - list of open sessions for a specific stream - bandwidth consumption - list and db of most active IP, platform, stream for a customized time For 5 different servers (you define protocol, also Flussonic API con deliver this values too): - CPU, RAM, Storage, Temperatures - Nvidia GPU, for each GPU: encoder, decoder, clock and VRAM usage, power consumption and temperature. For 2 routers and 2 switches snmpv3: - Interfaces Bandwidth Use - CPU, memory, up-time, voltage For Cisco D98xx SNMP: - it must be an active monitoring from gathered values from alarms, triggers and traps of several devices. - values are temperature, signal stats, data output, link status, PID stats. The information must be shown on 4 graphics per each sensor, using 1, 5, 15 minutes and 1 hour interval, and you must define SSD space in order to have 1 minutes graphics over last 1 month, 5 minutes 4 month, 15 minutes 10 months and every hour for 3 years We have 7 days deadline delivery to start 20% and then each milestones will be paid on each parameter that is up and running
