High Ticket Closer For a Cybersecurity Training/Coaching Startup (Commission Only)

Calling all energetic and charismatic high ticket closers! Our company's name is MalTrak and we are a cybersecurity career coaching company. We help people build or shift their careers to cybersecurity. Our values are mainly empathy. We share compassion, understanding, and care through our interactions with each customer and you need to share the same values and energy in your sales calls. We are looking for an experienced High ticket closer on a commission-based and a base salary. It will be a 12% commission on coaching programs of $7200 or higher commissions of %15 for a high closing rate above 25% We have a complete 12 months coaching and mentorship program and we already have a high ticket closer at the moment and we are looking to expand our team. All the leads come from a video sales letter that shows the value of our program and how it can shortcut their career to cybersecurity. I will provide you with the complete sales script, all the objection handling we use, the technical terms, all our coaching offers (for down-sells if needed). You have the space to add your own experience to the sales call process we use. This is a part-time to a full-time job and we are looking for someone who is seeking long-term commitment with us. We are looking for: -2 Years of experience with a proven track record of closing sales + High % close rate. -Strong communication skills, energetic and empathetic behavior. -Fluent in English with a clear accent -Ability to understand the needs of clients and develop customized solutions -Ability to work independently and within a team environment -Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry is a plus -Proof of previous work is required. ** We are not looking for new closers! We are looking for experienced ones who have proven records on sales with previous coaching programs (niche doesn't matter). You need to be able to prove that. Note: You will need to attach 2-3 sales call recordings you have done including one of the sales the customer didn't buy. That's a requirement.
