Requesting proposal for finding leads in the hospitality supply industry and entering into database (attached) the following information: 1. Company Name - Necessary 2. Location (City, ST or City, Country if international) - Necessary 3. Phone - Necessary 4. Email - NECESSARY (Do not return spreadsheet with a list of contacts without email addresses. If there is not an email address to be found, do not include the company on the list. Please specify method of gathering email addresses in the proposal. There are several methods and we need to make sure each one is tried before determining there is no address.) 5. Website - Preferred but not necessary 6. Twitter Name - Preferred but not necessary 7. Facebook Link - Preferred but not necessary 8. Type - enter either S (for hospitality items supplier) or LQB (for large quantity buyer - these are the customers who would regularly buy the hospitality items we are selling.
