quick attach file to sap b1

I am using sap business one. I am looking for quick way to add files into sap modules A/R, Purchasing –A/P and Financials module BP cards and so on. I thought about an idea of a small app that will installed localy on the desktop and will be opend by a right click on the mouse "add to SAP" option and then the user will be able to choose to where he want to add the file. seems to me very simple. ..
