Create a standalone customized program based on online versi

Go to [login to view URL] We want a standalone .exe of this application with all of it's functionality, but customized for a speciality violins (4-string, 5-string, 6-string, 7-string). The instrument tuning notes and their instruments will therefore be 7 string violin: E,A,D,G,C,F,Bb. 6 string violin: E,A,D,G,C,F 5 string violin: E,A,D,G,C 4 string violin: E,A,D,G and a setting for "custom tuning" for the user to input any note tuning they wish, the same way it works on the online app. You can see this in action by inserting the above notes into the custom tuning section on the online app. This app must be able to do EVERYTHING the online flash version does, but specifically geared only toward the violins listed above (not other instruments like bass, guitar, etc.). The requirements are to essentially play with every combination of every tab to understand fully all that is involved in the software. I am not partial as to whether it is done in flash or some other language, as long as it can be run without needing to be online. BONUS #1: I will pay a bonus if you can also figure out how to incorporate the exact same functionality but on the musical staff tablature notation in addition to the fretboard - but this is optional and not considered part of this project unless you understand music tablature and can code it accordingly. BONUS #2: A second bonus will be paid if you can create functionality to make each fingering note able to "sound" upon clicking it. For example, if the fingering is "A", clicking on that A will play a midi or sound file of the actual sound of the note "A".
