Highly skilled Andriod Widget Developer

I need someone who is very experienced in coding to create a new mobile widget. The app will work in conjunction with text messages, comparing data from the phone to the data entered into the text message. Similar to other keyboard apps offered for Android, this app will have to work with Android's default messaging. The essential premise of the app is that it will compare the recipient's name (ie. To: Mark) to the body of the text message, notifying the sender if that name is also used in the body (I saw Mark...). For further details, please send a private message to me.
