Update UI for iOS application

I have a small iOS application (9 straightforward screens showed below). The UI was done by an engineer (me) who has zero affinity for a good design. I am looking for somebody who can do couple of things - Come up with the plan what needs to be updated (as example - align elements, change icons, add icons) - Change the source code according to this plan. I understand that these are two separate activities. First one is for a designer and second one is for an engineer. I am fine if both of this could be done by one person or if you have two people (one designer and another engineer) I don’t need anything fancy. All I need is just an application which looks reasonably. As example, I checked WhatsApp application. It uses standard controls and there is no fancy animation or anything like that. However, it looks reasonably (clean and understandable interface, no ugly controls and so on) Just to give some background for the application. This is an application to keep track of notes for field trips. A user will be able to take notes, picture, videos and actions for each field trip and share it with other people. Here are description of screens: 1) List of trips with the name of trip and all attendees for each trip. Plus button will add a new trip (goes to screen #2) 2) Screen to modify information about a trip (name and list of attendees, include an email for each attendee 3) List of notes associated with a trip (they could be action list note, text note, picture or the video). Clicking on Subject screen will go to #2 Icons at the bottom will add Note, Picture or Video Email button will switch to #6 Clicking on some note will switch to note editing #4 4) Note editing screen 5) Action list editing screen. Allows to add/edit actions for each person 6) Share screen. You can choose to whom you want to send it (it allows only share to attendees with an email) There is a progress bar (while uploading to the server) and share button to share it when the upload is done 7) About screen 8) List of calendars which we use in the application 9) Mentioning's of all licenses I am looking at least very high level plan what you want to update in UI as part of the bid.
