I phone recording and Upload App

We require an Iphone App which records audio (in mp3 format - 64kbps mono). As the audio is stored to non-volatile memory, it must be encrypted (password prompted at start up). MAIN SCREEN will include a record button which if they press, starts recording, and changes icon, so that if they press again, it will stop and show the COMPLETED WINDOW. A pause button will temporary stop recording and wait until pressed again to continue. SETTINGS button and QUEUE RUNNER showing uploads in progress, pending and completed COMPLETED WINDOW Once application has finished recording the user will be prompted, to send for (24 hour response) or (1 hour response) or (delete the recoding), they will also have the option to change the default message sent with the file. System must upload unencrypted mp3 format audio to HTTPS form method with hidden POST value. Once conformation has been received file can be marked for deletion off phone. if file not sucessful upload, try again (keep trying until successful). SETTINGS SCREEN ... Save username (no password save option), default message to be sent and # of files kept on phone - only successfully uploaded files will be removed from phone. the post URL must be saved in the settings screen and all of these options can be changed by the user. QUEUE RUNNER: files must be uploaded (keep on trying until successful) and beable to view the queue from the main screen. Files not sent yet, may be deleted. Please provide UI Mockups for approval before completing project. Application must have the Telin Logo and have an Iphone look and feel.
