iPhone App. required - 001

Need an iphone app that will be sold via itunes. The app is a polling app. Meaning there will be various questions that a user can answer. And for each question there can be various answers to pick from. The user will go to a question page that may be like this: .............................. Which do you like best? Apples Oranges Bananas Strawberries Etc. .................................. The user will pick one answer, then they will be taken to an answer page. It will show them the current results for all respondents. And it will also show the results for the previous week. See ppt slide. I will need the ability to add/edit answers. Example I want to add "mango". And on the answer page, there needs to be an area for an image to the left of the each answer. Need ability to add/edit/delete answers. None of this (editing) needs to be on the app. It can all be on an admin webpage. The respondents will be able to answer each poll question once every 24 hrs. The app will start off with 5 questions. But will have the ability to add questions. pretty simple.
