Need Help Finding PBN Domains and Building Them!

Looking for an experienced freelancer who has Wordpress and PBN site building experience and can get the job done fast and efficiently. I need a 5 site PBN network built on wordpress with multiple plugins. I am looking for someone to find high-quality domains, never spammed. Need someone who can find me .com and .org English HEALTH and WELLNESS related domains with no dashes nor numbers. Solid domains with Metrics of 15+ Trust Flow / 15+ Citation Flow / 30 plus DA (No Spam). And build them out for me, I'll provide the content, you'd need to install plugins, theme and add content and images. I will start this small until I find the right person that can deliver the quality of domains at a reasonable price, then we could scale. In your proposal answer the following please: 1. Where do you find your domains? What do you use for checking the metrics? 2. How do you qualify a good domain? (eg. what is the metric to look for) 3. How do you know if the domain has toxic backlinks? 4. What experience do you have in finding such domains? 5. Will you be able to build them out as well? 7.
