What we offer to our members is the option of free listing of their Vacation Rental property as well as paid Subscription plans, inclusive of various features to benefit their business and increase its exposure and popularity in the virtual space. Position: Freelance Marketing & Sales Consultant THIS IS A CONSULTATIVE SALES POSITION The Freelance Marketing & Sales Consultant is the first point of contact and first impression prospective customer will have of our platform. You will deal with email correspondence from prospective customers; will explain in depth the benefits they will have for their business if they opt-in for our Subscription plans and once plan is ordered, you will play vital role in assisting customers with their listing. It will be your responsibility to create, verify and submit their listing and depending on their plan to make the necessary changes and updates. Essential Functions: Contacting customers. Closing sales of our Subscription plans to prospective customers. Meeting monthly goals. Obtaining monthly referrals. Follow-up on all leads and questions using the follow-up process. Maintain honesty and professionalism. Provide outstanding service and assistance to all customers. Ensure zero error rate in data gathering and entry. Maintain database in an organized, error-free manner. Qualifications: Positive attitude is a must Professional level of written and oral communication Effective negotiation and motivation techniques Ability to be persuasive and influential Accurately utilize large database Manage time effectively Sales experience Convey enthusiasm with sincerity and consistency Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal 2 years comparable experience in sales. Remuneration package: You will be rewarded with 3% booking fee on all amounts spent from customers who have booked their holiday with any of your Paid Listings on our platform. (Example: You create 100 Paid listings and each of them gets Booked via our platform for $ 1 000.00 / Month. Jointly the Listings you have created will provide monthly Booking amount of $ 1 00 000.00 / Month. Your Fee based on this result will be $3 000.00 / Month.) Increasing your sales volume and Listings database over time will realistically lead to the increase of your Monthly income. Working from Home Requirements: Permanent Internet connection PC or Laptop ownership is mandatory. Continuous/active communication with potential and current customers.
