SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY

We're looking for a Social Media expert to create a Social Media Strategy to help us drive traffic to our website. Our website sells a travel insurance product online. We are Australian based and need the strategy to be focused on Australians. We understand that we should have a Facebook page for our company/website but what should be on this page? How often should it be updated? And how will your suggestions turn into traffic/sales on our website? We understand that we should have a Twitter account but what kind of things should we be tweeting? And how will the tweets turn into traffic/sales on our website? You'll need to understand a little about travel insurance as we don't want a generic strategy, we want a strategy specific to us. The deliverables we're expecting are: * A word document containing a complete strategy to we can execute right away. We want specifics, we should be able to take your document and execute each step detailed in it. We are not setting a minimum word count but we are expecting a clear, concice, detailed strategy with well defined tasks and objectives. * A list of 3 similar online businesses that have great social media strategies in place. To win this job you'll need to convince us that you are a Social Media expert. We expect you to have real world experience, not just theoretical experience.
