50 PR5 Industry Related Back links

I require 50 PR5+ back links to my website over a period of 1 month, if I am happy with the service I will continue for an additional number of months. I have a budget of $400. I want 10 links created per week and sent to me for acceptance (see conditions below) once I have confirmed these links I will release a staged payment of $100. This will continue for 4 weeks until I have the 50 links. CONDITIONS * All links must be PR5 or above, page rank is for the page the back link is on not the homepage. If not the link will be rejected. * The links must be permanent * All links must be do-follow * Links must be on English Language Site. * No Spam Links * No Link Farms, torrent sites, adult sites etc. I’m after quality here. * One link per domain * All links must be one way * Nothing black hat * No more than 10 links per week !IMPORTANT * One keyword will be targeted per week which we will provide * Article Posts must be of good quality and have value !IMPORTANT * Detailed Excel file to be sent at the end of the week with the links submitted for the week * Looking for excellent feedback in link building * All links must be industry related * I retained the right to refuse any links if I am unhappy with the quality of the link. As you can see I am looking for a small number of high quality back links with quality article posts. Please respond specifically about the project and don’t send me link packages I'm only interested in what I have requested.
