IT EXPERTS REQUIRED for SEO and Reverse-SEO

Firstly, I want to get rid of certain sites displayed in google's first page when somebody types my name with a certain combination text (4 characters). These links/sites should be thrown beyond 3rd page when somebody types the combination in search bar. Secondly, I have a list of my personal sites and other links (around 100) that bear my name. Maximum of these should be popped up in first and second page of google when somebody types the combination text (my name + 4character word) in search. Let me explain you in an example. Suppose if someone type "Asunto Marino + GPA" in google search bar and gets lots of sites in first page. Some sites says "Asunto Marino is cool dude and got satisfactory GPA... " while some sites says " Asunto Marino has very less GPA results ...". I would like to get rid of second one and get more sites like first one in google first and second page. [this is just an example to elaborate the work]. I need the work to be done ASAP. I need you to show me a sample first. If I am satisfied, then we can get into a good working relation. I can pay you good money. But need satisfactory results.
