Responsibilities that you must take: > Work directly with customers via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to do business with us > Follow up with customers via telephone or email following initial sales contact > Educate customers on product offerings and services to improve their overall experience > Consistently achieve sales and customer service targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis > Customer Handling and Persuading capabilities What are the qualities that we are looking in our Sales Specialist ? > Strong Communication skills in English and/or your native language > Strong customer service and telesales skills > Able to listen carefully, and assimilate information, asking clarifying questions and provide accurate information > Should be confident and a team player > Previous experience as a promotional staff in web and application development is a plus Thank you .
