This is an annual report to inform city stakeholders about meetings held in the Swedish city Malmö. Last year´s report (2012) is attached and also a leaflet which shows how our latest work looks like. The inlay design from the 2012 report looks rather dull and uninspiring with a lot of text and not so fun graphics. This we would like to change but still keep some recognition of the graphic profile used in the attached leaflet (to get a consistency in all our material). I think the 2012 cover looks ok, and I started to make a sketch on the 2013 cover...though I think they look to similar. It's hard to easily tell them apart. I have also attached 3 jpg's on a few inlay designs for reference and inspiration so you know what I'm thinking of - though not saying it has to look like that. There is a lot of text in the Annual report, we just have to make the layout more inspiring and fun to read than last year. Blending the text with nice graphics, quotes, infographics and nice pictures will help. I would need InDesign files delivered to be able to make adjustments myself.

If you're looking for high quality annual report then such work need atleast 3-4 weeks. Based on this placed the bid amount. As far as my understanding I envisaged the design with full of color and professional look that will appeal to your readers. Although I didn't find any attachment now, appreciate to get the same through PMB. Final deal will be done after discussing about this project. Looking forward to your reply. Thanks Swapan

I will concept 2-3 different design approaches for initial evaluation, review, and discussion. You can then select a design “as is” to move forward with final design, suggest some specific changes to a design (i.e. color changes, rendering adjustments) for a final design, or combine elements of the concept designs to move toward a final design. If none of the concept designs are acceptable, you should be able to use these concepts as a springboard to provide specific guidance to me for creating a final graphic design.
