I need a webpage or app made (whichever is easier) for this scenario -- 2

So it is more of a checkout/point systems/redemption thing. It only requires one webpage... it would be best explained by an example. Let's say I tell someone I'm giving them 100 free massages, 200 free foot rubs, etc. but it is hard for me to keep track. So instead, there is a website (or app) that has a drop down menu for which "coupon" you want to redeem and how much quantity is left after redemption. So I pull down the menu and it says massages qty: 100 available, foot rubs qty:200, and let's say i checkout a foot rub, (no money or actual checkout info needed) and then the available qty of foot rub goes down to 199. This is optional but was thinking there could also be an email confirmation where you receive an email saying 'you have redeemed 1 foot rub, you have 199 left" It's basically a points redemption thing I'm making for my boyfriend... not necessarily foot rubs and massages, those were examples, but like 5-10 different types of "coupons" with different quantities available... i don't think it should be too hard, a programming friend of mine said it would be easy but he just didn't have the time with his work to help me. Need it in under 2 weeks if possible?
