Wordpress design change add social widgets and put in some content

Hi! I need to make a wordpress template look almost exactly the same as the demo listed on the templates website. I've already downloaded the template and installed it. We just need to make the installed template look like the demo. Here is the demo we will copy: [login to view URL] Very little functionality change. mostly just design. Key requirements: 1. Replicate all CSS and HTML, Font (as close as possible) 2. Add content- One page will have a number of text and links. We just need the links to click out and open a new tab, and the top of the page should have navigation (just links) that allow users to jump to a particular section of that page, and a link that takes them back to the top 3. There should be a the ability to share each link listed on #2 via email twitter and facebook w/ pre created text 4. There should be a box that can be closed by a user, that asks them to share the site via linkedin, facebook, or twitter. this should be present on each page unless closed The site is already resposive, and scales to mobile, but we will want to make sure all the above also scale to mobile.
