Ongoing ASP Classic, MSAccess DB, MySQL Database, HTML, Javascript, aspjpeg and also occasional conversions to .net - open to bidding

I have some ongoing ASP Classic, MSAccess DB, MySQL Database, HTML, Javascript, aspjpeg, very little PHP and also occasional conversions to .net - I am a Profeesional web developer and require assistance ongoing with websites and databases. (Mostly Classic ASP) I need someone who is available when they say they are and punctual and neat coder - You will be making new features and occasionally new sites and fixing problems as they occur or reported and in return you will get regular payment and work of over 10 hours per week. I need someone with ideas and flair in presentation and still grounded with functionality of the sites. There will be fix up of old sites, dtabases and shopping carts and also other peoples code (argh.. we have to do it) I need from you honesty and integrity and the ability to cope with some constructive criticism - I am ope to listen and take on board comments and want a team member who can work with me on these projects and also be a self starter on projects delegated. You will be required to sign a non dislosure statement and provide suitable ID for security reasons as you can understand as access to these sites is of a sensitive and economic nature.
