I have two landing pages (a template of one creates the other) Each page has a background image and some text on it. That's it. Very simple pages. The pages need to be formatted correctly and they need to be fully responsive, including mobile friendly. I'd like to stay under $30 USD. I need the project completed in less than 4 hours, so it is rather urgent.

If your pages are as simple as you are saying I can do it within an hour. I will make it in bootstrap so that they are fully responsive and adjust to any screen resolution
