WordPress Future Business - open to bidding

I am an American web designer who designs WordPress website templates. I am currently looking for a long term freelancer to create my designs. I currently have another freelancer who I work with and does a solid job for a great price but since I will be expanding my business and having multiple projects I am looking for another freelancer for my upcoming WordPress projects and for minor HTML and WordPress adjustments. My average full project requirements are as follows: Mobile Friendly with an effective fully functioning mobile site, Responsive Web Design to look effective in multiple resolutions, Admin friendly interface on the backend of the WordPress platform and SEO friendly. Design will always be provided by my company and will normally be in PSD format. The website will always have a site search feature to enable the user to search a keyword and see the results from the pages, galleries and blog posts. Admin will have a portfolio gallery system on the website to showcase media on the website. This system will have a featured option to feature specific galleries on the portfolio page. The portfolio galleries are also linked to the blog. When the admin goes to make a post they will be able to choose from the list of galleries and set a specific number of thumbnails to display on the blog post. There will be a fully functioning blog on the website with a sidebar that shows the recent posts, categories, search bar, subscribe section and affiliates. Admin will be able to upload the affiliates to display on the affiliates page and sidebar of the blog. There will be a contact page along with a general layout page provided for the admin to add an additional page if needed. Averagely there will be a Team page to add the members of the team and the desired bios and photos. There is normally an events page to have a google calendar showcased linked to the admins account. Social Media feeds are linked. Services page to allow admin to add services and descriptions. My projects normally include a service page, the portfolio page, affiliates, blog, team, events, about, contact and a general page. My current freelancer on average quotes $175-$225 for the type of project I listed above. I would want a consistent freelancer that can provide a consistent price range. For the project listed above how much would your company quote and how long would you normally spend on a project like this? Also do you have current work that you will be able to show me that you have done regarding WordPress?
